Universal Serial Bus Controller Driver Entron

I reimaged my client's laptop and I am trying to download the drivers for the Universal Serial Bus Controller. I went on the dell website and tried downloading it but it still shows up as missing. Operating system: Windows 7 x64. I was also wondering if dell has put the correct drivers up for the operating system. When I enter device manager I see the Universal Serial Bus (USB) Controller with an orange explanation mark next to it. I need to get drivers for it where can I get them from (windows could not get any).

Re the answer below - do you mean uninstall ALL the items under Universal Serial Bus controllers.?

'Hi Galvin2401,

Since one port is working on your computer, it could be an issue with the port itself. However, Use Device Manager to disable and re-enable all the USB controllers. This lets the controllers recover the USB port from its unresponsive condition

1.ClickStart, Type devmgmt.msc, and then clickOK. Device Manager opens.

2.ExpandUniversalSerial Bus controllers.
Note You might have to scroll down the list to find this item.

Bus

3.Right-click the first USB controller underUniversal Serial Bus controllers, and then clickUninstall to remove it.

4.Repeat step 3 for each USB controller that is listed underUniversal Serial Bus controllers.

5.Restart the computer. After the computer starts, Windows will automatically scan for hardware changes and reinstall all the USB controllers that you uninstalled.

6.Check the USB device to see whether it is working.

If this does not help you may try to update the BIOS and chipset drivers from your computer manufacturer’s website.'
