Back again, with a small update to 20XX 4.07+. We'll call this version 4.07++. I'm looking forward to switching to a major.minor.revision naming convention next major release.
4.07++ addresses the following issues:
Fixed a bug where Ganondorf's Warlock Punch would freeze the game.
Sorry about this one. It was caused by the update to the X+A 20XX Reset code walking through and resetting character costume filenames, and forgetting to add a check to not do this for Game and Watch.
Fixed a bug where entering the Event Match menu would freeze the game.
Lagless FoD for 4+ players has been changed to 3+ players.
Because of the new lagless FoD code, legal stages only All-Star mode now includes FoD stages.

Fixed a bug where toggling 20XXTE Input Display would freeze the game.
Game image name updated from '20XX... 4.06' to '20XX...4.07'.

Before even starting this process, you need to have built the 20XX ISO file. The tutorial for this can be found here: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=NbglwFv5PmA (thanks Beanwolf!)
The first step is to install the Homebrew Channel on your Wii. You need to know your Wi-Fi- MAC address and you need to be on system menu 4.3. Go to please.hackmii.com and enter your system menu region (U for NTSC-U, J for NTSC-J, E for PAL, and K for Korean) and your MAC address. Make sure you typed it in exactly as it is on the Wii. Enter the captcha and press cut the red wire. Unzip the downloaded file onto a clean SD card.
Put the SD into your Wii and remove all Gamecube controllers and memory cards (this is important, as having them in can mess things up). Go into the message section of the home menu and find the red letter. It may be a few days forwards or backwards, or hiding behind other letters. Open the letter and some text will show up, then disappear quickly. Press 1 when the program prompts you to. When the installation menu comes up, press install homebrew channel and continue. You can now exit the installer.

On your computer, delete all the files on your SD, then download this zip: https://www.mediafire.com/?0p3iworx59wcb71 Extract this onto your SD so that the apps and WAD directories are on the root of your SD.
Put your SD back into your Wii and then launch the Homebrew Channel. Open IOS236 Installer v5 and let it run. After it's done, open WAD Manager 1.7. Set the IOS to use to 236, and set source to SD card. Go into the WAD folder and install DIOSMIOS_2.10.wad if you are loading from a USB and install DIOSMIOSLite_2.10 if you are loading from an SD. Then install DM Booter Forwarder Dark - DMLF.wad so that you can launch Dios Mios from the homescreen.
Back on your computer, download thiszip: http://www.mediafire.com/download/ngr79ku6d80qqrm/Dios_Mios_Toolbox.zip After you extract it run DMToolbox.exe. Set the Gamecube ISO as your 20XX ISO. Create a folder called 'games' on the root of your SD or USB and set the install location to that folder. Once it installed, you're good to go! Just boot up the Dios Mios channel on your homescreen and boot the ISO
